Έκανα κράτηση μέσω Booking.com για δύο διανυκτερεύσεις στο κατάλυμα “The Lovely Nest” (Διεύθυνση: Λεωφόρος Δωδώνης 42, Ιωάννινα), ιδιοκτησίας Τσιμογιάννη Γεωργίου, και πλήρωσα κανονικά εκ των προτέρων.
Όταν έφτασα στο κατάλυμα, διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν σε απαράδεκτη κατάσταση και εντελώς διαφορετικό από αυτό που παρουσιαζόταν στις φωτογραφίες της πλατφόρμας:

Βρίσκεται σε παλιά πολυκατοικία με έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας και τσιγάρου

Δεν υπήρχε παράθυρο με φυσικό φως, το διαμέρισμα ήταν σκοτεινό και αποπνικτικό

Η συνολική εικόνα προκαλούσε αίσθημα αηδίας και ανασφάλειας
Δεν έμεινα ούτε λεπτό. Επικοινώνησα άμεσα με τον ιδιοκτήτη, Τσιμογιάννη Γεώργιο, για επιστροφή χρημάτων, αλλά την αρνήθηκε. Από εκείνη τη στιγμή δεν απαντά πλέον στο τηλέφωνο.
Το Booking.com με παρέπεμψε ξανά στον ίδιο, χωρίς να δώσει ουσιαστική λύση.
Πρόκειται για παραπλανητική καταχώρηση που δεν θα έπρεπε να φιλοξενείται σε καμία πλατφόρμα. Ζητώ επιστροφή χρημάτων και καλώ και άλλους καταναλωτές να προσέχουν.

Unacceptable accommodation in Ioannina via Booking – “The Lovely Nest” by Georgios Tsimogiannis
I booked a two-night stay through Booking.com at the accommodation “The Lovely Nest”, located at 42 Leoforos Dodonis, Ioannina, owned by Georgios Tsimogiannis, and paid in advance.
Upon arrival, I found the apartment in terrible condition and nothing like the photos or description shown on the platform:

It was located in an old apartment building, with a strong smell of mold and cigarette smoke

There was no window with natural light – the space was dark and suffocating

The overall condition was disgusting and unsuitable for anyone to stay
I did not stay at the property at all. I immediately contacted the host, Georgios Tsimogiannis, asking for a refund, which he refused. Since then, he has been ignoring my calls and has become unreachable.
I also contacted Booking.com, but they simply redirected me back to the host, offering no real assistance. This is clearly a misleading listing that should not be allowed on any platform.
I am requesting a full refund and am sharing this experience to warn other travelers.

Alloggio inaccettabile a Ioannina tramite Booking – “The Lovely Nest” di Georgios Tsimogiannis
Ho prenotato due notti tramite Booking.com presso la struttura “The Lovely Nest”, situata in Leoforos Dodonis 42, Ioannina, di proprietà del signor Georgios Tsimogiannis, pagando anticipatamente.
Al mio arrivo, ho trovato l’alloggio in condizioni pessime, completamente diverso dalle foto e dalla descrizione riportate sulla piattaforma:

Si trova in un vecchio condominio, con un forte odore di muffa e fumo di sigaretta

Mancava completamente la luce naturale, non c’erano finestre adeguate

L’ambiente era buio, sgradevole e inadatto ad ospitare chiunque
Non ho soggiornato nemmeno una notte. Ho contattato immediatamente il proprietario, Georgios Tsimogiannis, per chiedere un rimborso, ma lui lo ha rifiutato. Da allora, non risponde più alle chiamate.
Mi sono rivolto anche all’assistenza di Booking.com, che però mi ha semplicemente detto di ricontattare il proprietario, senza fornire alcun aiuto concreto.
Ritengo che si tratti di un annuncio ingannevole, che non dovrebbe essere pubblicato su alcuna piattaforma.
Richiedo un rimborso completo e condivido questa esperienza per avvisare altri viaggiatori.
